MEDICAL CLINIC / DENTAL CLINIC

Two clinic products, for different operational problems.

MS Platform supports reception, intake, and care flows for medical clinics. Dentist MS Platform focuses on LINE booking, family profiles, and follow-up visit guidance for dental clinics. They share a core, while keeping workflows and product promises separate.

TWO PRODUCTS / DIFFERENT PROBLEMS

Medical and dental clinics do not have the same booking or follow-up problems.

Both products share a data core, but patient journeys, staff screens, and rollout methods stay specific to each field. Start with the workflow closest to your clinic.

MEDICAL CLINIC

MS Platform

For medical clinics

Connect fragmented booking, intake, care, and patient communication around the reception workflow.

Problems addressed first

  • Reception work is split across phone, paper, and multiple systems
  • Self-pay consent, online care, and payment guidance are disconnected
  • Insured internal-medicine calls, pre-visit intake, and follow-up add reception load

One product, two adoption models

Self-pay care

Public demo available

Combine in-person and online journeys with consistent pre/post-visit guidance.

  • LINE and web booking
  • Pre-visit intake and consent
  • Online care and payment guidance

Insured internal medicine

Adoption model / Phase 1

Add a patient-facing layer without replacing claims or core clinical systems.

  • Booking or visit requests
  • Pre-visit intake and arrival guidance
  • Follow-up and test reminders

DENTAL CLINIC

Dentist MS Platform

For dental clinics

Let patients choose the family member in LINE, then connect booking, follow-up visit guidance, and rebooking.

Problems addressed first

  • Booking changes and cancellations interrupt treatment by phone
  • Parents manage their own and their children’s bookings separately
  • Follow-up guidance is disconnected from existing patient and booking data

MS PLATFORM / MEDICAL CLINIC

The sections below cover MS Platform for medical clinics.

Self-pay online and in-person journeys, and insured internal-medicine reception support, are separate operating models within the medical product.

INSURED INTERNAL MEDICINE / ADOPTION MODEL

Planning and validation / Phase 1

For insured internal medicine, improve the workflow around the clinical system.

The practical role is a patient-facing layer for LINE booking, pre-visit intake, arrival guidance, and follow-up—not a replacement for claims or the clinic’s core systems.

Common operational pressure

  • Morning calls and walk-in reception peak together
  • Paper intake creates checks and transcription before the visit
  • Chronic-care, test, and follow-up reminders require individual handling

Where MS Platform fits

  1. 01

    LINE or web booking

Accept either a confirmed slot or a visit request, depending on clinic operations.

  2. 02

    Pre-visit intake

Collect only the necessary symptom, onset, medication, and allergy information.

  3. 03

    On-site reception

Eligibility, care, records, and claims remain in the clinic’s existing environment.

  4. 04

    Post-visit follow-up

Guide patients back for follow-ups, tests, and regular care.

Phase 1 design scope

  • Booking, change, cancellation, or visit-request intake
  • Pre-visit intake, arrival guidance, and reminders
  • Patient MyPage and reception dashboard

Phase 2 after external specifications are confirmed

  • Clinic-specific booking and EHR integrations
  • Online care under clinical and operational requirements
  • Individual review of copayment and public-system integrations

This model does not claim built-in medical claims, online eligibility verification, electronic prescriptions, or EHR functionality. The actual scope depends on the clinic’s vendors, contracts, security management, filing, and operational requirements.

WHY MS PLATFORM

The difference is that we design beyond the online-care software itself.

We start with a practical standard platform, then map the clinic-specific workflow and gaps. When overseas-patient support is needed, multilingual outreach and the operational steps after an inquiry are connected to the same flow.

01 / STANDARD

Standard clinical operations

Launch the functions required for day-to-day operation as a controlled MVP.

  • LINE and web booking
  • Intake, consent, and identity checks
  • Online care, MyPage, reminders, and payment guidance
02 / CUSTOM

A workflow shaped for each clinic

Review missing functions and integrations against specialty, staffing, and current systems.

  • Custom booking, intake, and approval rules
  • LINE, AI reception, and integration review
  • Roles, notifications, and document output
03 / CROSS-BORDER

Overseas-patient outreach and intake

Connect Medical Supporter’s operational experience to patient-facing and clinic workflows.

  • Multilingual pages and inquiry reception
  • Pre/post-visit communication and documents
  • Interpretation, reception, and coordination support

Custom work is scoped after feasibility, information security, clinic responsibility, and external-service constraints are reviewed. We support overseas-patient outreach and intake preparation, but do not guarantee patient volume, revenue, completion of care, or treatment outcomes.

Implementation path

From mapping clinic requirements to guiding an overseas inquiry toward care preparation.

Review the service menu and current operations, separate what the standard platform covers from what needs custom work, then connect multilingual guidance and pre/post-visit coordination where overseas support is required.

Clinic team mapping implementation requirements

1. Map the desired workflow

Review specialty, patient mix, reception work, and missing functions.

Clinic staff reviewing standard and custom functions

2. Combine standard and custom work

Launch a usable baseline, then implement prioritized gaps.

Clinic coordinator reviewing multilingual guidance with a patient

3. Connect overseas-patient intake

Add multilingual guidance, inquiry reception, and visit coordination.

Actual screens

Show the workflow with real screens before adding more explanation.

The admin dashboard and patient MyPage are shown side by side so clinics can decide the operating scope while looking at the product.

Admin Dashboard

For reception, back office, and physicians. LINE booking, care preparation, SOAP notes, payment guidance, and notification results are checked in one place.

Patient MyPage

For patients. Booking details, confirmation code, payment guidance, and online consultation entry are displayed on mobile.

Provider UI

Keep the physician and reception workspace focused on review and records.

Bookings, intake, identity checks, and room status are reviewed before care. During consultation, SOAP and explanations are documented; prescriptions and medical judgment remain under clinic policy.

S

Subjective

O

Objective

Record what can be confirmed by video, images, or measurements

A

Assessment

P

Plan

Record medication policy, explanation, and follow-up schedule

SOAP is a documentation-support UI. Prescriptions and medication instructions depend on the physician’s judgment and the clinic’s operating policy; the system does not guarantee diagnosis or prescription.

Details on the nature of the service, the handling of medical fees, and the use of personal data and AI are set out in the Terms of Service, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. /terms /legal /privacy

STANDARD FEATURES

Start with the standard functions, then design the clinic-specific gaps separately.

MVP and Phase 1 labels remain visible so demo screens are not mistaken for fully enabled production functions. Modules are activated according to each clinic’s service menu, consent wording, LINE channel, and payment readiness.

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT

Tell us the operation you need, not just a product checkbox.

We review specialty, staffing, current systems, and overseas-patient policy, then identify what can use the standard platform and what requires additional design.

Discuss your clinic requirements

Examples of requirements we can review

Specialty- or self-pay-specific booking, intake, and consent

Role, approval, and notification rules for physicians and staff

Feasibility review for booking, EHR, CRM, and payment integrations

LINE, AI phone reception, multilingual FAQ, and translation support

Identity, required documents, and pre/post-care follow-up fields

Overseas-patient pages, inquiry triage, and visit coordination

STEP 1

Map the requirement

Clarify who uses the function, when they use it, and what operational problem it solves.

STEP 2

Confirm feasibility and ownership

Define personal-data boundaries, medical responsibility, external APIs, and the operating owner.

STEP 3

Roll out by priority

Launch the standard MVP first, then add functions in phases based on value and risk.

Additional development is quoted separately. Requests are reviewed for safety, compliance, and maintainability; implementation is not unconditional.

Doctor Manual

Physician-facing checks are organized on a separate manual page.

This page gives a concise service overview. Training, target scope, patient explanation, and recordkeeping are separated into a manual for physicians and reception staff.

Training and internal records

Eligible patients and in-person switch conditions

Intake, consent, and retention rules

Clinic team planning an implementation scope together

Define scope before rollout

Separate the standard MVP from optional support per clinic.

Target state

Keep the system, clinic workflow, and overseas-patient path connected.

This does not promise patient volume. The target is a traceable flow from patient outreach and inquiries through care preparation and follow-up.

Move patients from LINE or web booking to intake and room guidance
