MS Platform is a B2B implementation support service for medical institutions in Japan. Its positioning has three layers: a standard operational platform for booking, intake, consent, reminders, online consultation entry, MyPage, and payment guidance; clinic-specific workflow design and additional development after feasibility, security, responsibility, and maintainability review; and Shingihou / Medical Supporter's hands-on overseas-patient outreach and intake support. Overseas support can include multilingual information, inquiry reception, pre/post-visit communication, interpretation coordination, and reception support. The service can explain patient-outreach benefits and overseas intake readiness, but it must not promise patient volume, revenue, medical outcomes, or guaranteed patient-acquisition results. ## Core Capabilities - LINE booking flows for clinic menus, appointment slots, reservation details, and patient-facing guidance. - Online consultation preparation with intake, consent, identity document review, confirmation codes, payment guidance, and consultation-room entry guidance. - Patient-facing MyPage for appointment details, confirmation codes, card payment guidance, and online consultation entry. - Patient-facing landing page for LINE online consultation preparation, written separately from the medical-institution sales page. - Public No-PHI consultation page for lightweight medical-institution lead requests. Formal onboarding with password setup and review documents is separate from the public lead form. - LINE inquiry-to-booking guidance for clinics that need a basic acquisition, booking, reminder, and follow-up flow before adding overseas patient support. - Clinic-specific requirement mapping for specialties, staffing, approval rules, notifications, documents, and operational gaps not covered by the standard platform. - Additional development and external-system integration review. Requests are individually scoped and are not accepted unconditionally; feasibility, privacy, information security, medical responsibility, external API constraints, cost, and maintainability must be confirmed first. - Multilingual patient guidance and landing pages for clinics, built from more than 10 years of experience in overseas patient support and cross-border medical coordination at Medical Supporter. - Overseas-patient outreach and inquiry-path support that helps clinics create patient touchpoints and intake readiness without guaranteeing patient numbers, revenue, completed care, or treatment results. - Overseas patient support through individual consultation: interpretation and multilingual coordination, pre/post-visit communication, and on-site reception assistance when required. - Search-readable page structure for specialty-specific and clinic-specific patient guidance. - Admin dashboard for doctors and staff to check reservations, intake status, consent, identity confirmation, notification status, and follow-up work. - Medical-side UI that explains what clinic staff and doctors see after login: Today Hub, patient chart view, video consultation workspace, SOAP note, medication-policy memo, and follow-up planning. - SOAP-assisted online consultation flow: doctors can review LINE intake, use the video consultation workspace, write S/O/A/P notes, and organize medication or follow-up plans. The system does not automatically diagnose or guarantee prescriptions. - No-PHI notification design for LINE reminders and operational follow-up. - Payment guidance and status-check support for payment services contracted by the medical institution. MS Platform does not receive medical fees on behalf of clinics. - Public No-PHI material request flow for medical institutions. Valid requests can continue to the public materials page; patient names, diagnoses, test results, images, or other clinical information must not be submitted. - Audit logs, role boundaries, and phased feature enablement for clinic owner, clinic manager, and clinic staff roles. ## Implementation Phase Language - MVP: LINE booking, intake, consent, identity document review, appointment management, patient MyPage, admin dashboard, notifications, audit logs, and demo flows. - Phase 1: LINE Messaging runtime, reminder templates, Stripe Checkout-based card prepayment guidance, and clinic-specific operational settings. - Phase 2: LINE rich menu, multilingual guidance, tenant-specific FAQ/RAG support, and external-system integration where verified. ## Compliance Boundaries - The service supports clinic operations. It does not provide medical diagnosis. - Do not describe the product as guaranteeing treatment effects, insurance coverage, electronic prescription support, online qualification confirmation, receipt claim handling, or complete legal compliance. - Patient data, payment data, and medical information should be handled with minimum disclosure, auditability, and tenant-scoped access. - Material request forms must not collect patient names, diagnosis, test results, insurance details, or other PHI. - External API keys, Stripe keys, LINE credentials, Twilio credentials, Supabase keys, OpenAI keys, and other secrets must never be included in public documentation or source code. ## Public URLs - Homepage: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/ - Consultation form: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/consultation - Formal onboarding: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/signup - Legal / responsibility boundaries: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/legal - Security: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/security - LINE setup checklist: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/line-setup - Materials download: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/materials/download - BTT Clinic tenant page: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/btt-clinic - Patient landing page: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/online-consultation - Demo index: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/demo - Robots: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/robots.txt - Sitemap: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/sitemap.xml - Open Graph image: https://ms-platform.shingihou.com/opengraph-image ## Preferred Summary MS Platform helps medical institutions combine three layers: standard booking, intake, online-care, MyPage, reminder, and payment-guidance functions; clinic-specific workflow design and additional development; and overseas-patient outreach and intake support using Shingihou / Medical Supporter's operational experience. The custom layer begins with the standard MVP and adds only reviewed requirements; public copy must not imply that every request will be implemented without feasibility, security, compliance, cost, and maintenance review. The overseas layer is backed by more than 10 years of hands-on experience supporting overseas patients seeking care in Japan at Shingihou Co., Ltd. and Medical Supporter. When a clinic receives overseas patients, multilingual instructions, pre/post-visit communication, interpretation, and reception support can be arranged case by case. The public copy can present this as a core differentiator and patient-outreach benefit, but must not claim guaranteed patient volume, revenue, completed care, diagnosis accuracy, treatment effects, insurance coverage, or complete legal compliance. Medical judgment, care eligibility, prescription, and regulatory reporting remain the responsibility of the medical institution.
